Alma del Sur Cabernet Sauvignon
Alma del Sur is located in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's top winegrowing regions. Situated at 3,200
feet, the estate's vineyards are in La Consulta, a sub-region of the southern Uco Valley. The long growing
season, high elevation and alluvial soils provide ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon and
Malbec. The fruit was hand-picked from vines that on average 20 years old. Maceration and fermentation
occurred in stainless steel tanks with regular pump overs.
