Sku: 57802NV1

In A.D. 958 or 959, the Italian King Berengario II bequeathed lands called Corte Lovadina to the Collalto family. The family has retained ownership of this land, which located in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore region of Treviso, Italy. Approximately 160 acres are planted on a steep south-southeast facing slope between 150-1500 feet to calcareous and clay soils. Lampo is produced using grapes from Treviso and Valdobbiadene. For its fermentation, the wines are vinified uing the Charmat method after which the wine is filtered. Borgoluce is firmly rooted in sustainable farming methods and uses production methods that diminish their environmental impact and minimize the use of pesticides.
