Collalto family. The family has retained ownership of this land, which located in the Valdobbiadene
Prosecco Superiore region of Treviso, Italy. Approximately 160 acres are planted on a steep

produced using grapes from Treviso and Valdobbiadene. For its fermentation, the wines are
vinified uing the Charmat method after which the wine is filtered. Borgoluce is firmly rooted in
sustainable farming methods and uses production methods that diminish their environmental
impact and minimize the use of pesticides.
